Our Spa Policies

Dear clients and guests,

We all have busy lives, different schedules, and our own time commitments.
Let’s respect and value each other’s time.
Below are our rules and requirements:

Booking
Appointments must be booked at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time. No same-day appointments.

Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Last-Minute or No-Show
A 50% deposit of the service price will be required before your next appointment in the case of a last-minute cancellation, rescheduling, or a no-show.

Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduling of your appointment. The decision will be made by the aesthetician.

Emergencies
We understand that emergencies happen. Depending on the situation, the 50% required deposit for your next appointment may be waived.

Payments
All prices do not include taxes, which will be applied upon completion of services. All prepaid services or packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other options.

Recommendations and Aftercare
We provide post-care recommendations. If a client chooses not to follow the recommended aftercare, we cannot be held responsible for any unexpected results or inconveniences.
